One day our teacher (Bart de Baets) decided that he would like to make a book together as a class, so he brought one of his copies of the "New Larousse Encyclopedia of Mythology". Each student had to choose twelve pages from this book to inspect them carefully. We had the freedom to question it, scan and cut it, copy, distribute, rephrase and redesign it. I decided to work with the beautiful imagery which I could find on my chosen pages and gave it a new meaning by composing a variety of Collages.
